  • Is the meat you sell zabihah halal?
    All of our products are 100% Zabihah Halal. They are sourced from zabihah halal meat distributors and our meat is hand slaughtered.
  • What does zabihah halal mean?
    Zabihah is the way that defines how the animals must be slaughtered in a humane way. Halal is considered legitimate and lawful as per the Islamic beliefs, and is believed to be largely a humane method of animal slaughter.
  • How can I pay for my order?

  • What are your delivery fees?
    In Illinois: Minimum Order Size: $100.00 Orders over $100: $0 delivery fee Orders less than $100: Delivery calculated based on order weight Rest of United States: Our shipping price is calculated based on quantity of product ordered. Note: While we make every effort to deliver your order within your selected window, unforeseen events such as inclement weather, traffic and other extraordinary incidents may cause your order to be delivered after the window, or require us to reschedule your order. In this event, we will call to the contact phone number we have on record for you with important details on the status of your order. Please follow the instructions in the call so that we may best handle your order.
  • When will my order be delivered?
    Your order will be delivered to you in 2 to 5 days from when the order was placed.
  • What if I am not home for delivery?
    We currently do not offer unattended delivery. If for any reason you aren't available for an attended delivery, please email us and we will work with you and deliver at your convenience.
  • Does Kasaai offer pick up services?
    No, At this time Kasaai does not offer pick up services.
  • How do Kasaai's products stay fresh?
    Kasaai maintains products at their optimum temperature all the way to a customer’s front door.

    No, Kasaai is not publicly traded.

    Your complete satisfaction is our number one goal. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product in your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you. You have up to 7 days after delivery to contact us for resolution. Kasaai may require the return of products prior to issuing a credit.
